The Rural Respite program allows families living in Washoe County and in the rural areas od Nevada to choose respite care options based on their unique needs through the provision of an annual respite voucher. Families caring for a child or adult with a disability with the onset prior to age 22 may qualify to receive respite vouches based on the individuals specific needs.
